13 Jun - Nandos, Malaga

A "Twos a party platter" which currently is on promotion for $20. The extra hot sauce was a bit lacking, I have found it really varies on the person cooking.

24 May - Narada, Belmont

Gary picked this place to celebrate his 40th birthday, an interesting place with both Western and Indian items on the menu.

I decided on Indian after seeing the wait staff. CB and I shared the samosas and starter platter which was fairly good, my main though wasn't as tasty, probably because the size of the chicken maryland and the marinade only on the surface. After I stole some of CB's curry sauce, it was a lot tastier.

16 May - Ikea

A cheap dinner at Ikea before picking up a few things. The fish and chips are good value, the meatballs aren't much to rave about.

Carrot cake

I haven't had the authentic version in awhile but I do like my own.

2 May - Alfred's Kitchen, Guildford

Alfred's is somewhat of an institution in Perth, especially when it's cold and the fire out the front is roaring.

It's been ages since I've last eaten a burger from here and it didn't disappoint as I was starving. I think their burgers could be better though with a better meat patty, it tastes premade to me.

26 Apr - McDonald's, Joondalup

The McChamp is similar to a McChicken but also with sweet chilli sauce. It was OK but nothing special.

24 Apr - Oakover Wines, Middle Swan

This steak sandwich I had as part of mums birthday week was quite good. The Meat wasnt too tough, the onion jam and aioli was tasty and the bread had a good chew to it.
