A quiet Friday evening, probably due to the rain. Don't see how they'll stay in business if it's quiet all the time like last night. The food was decent buffet quality, although I was expecting a bigger range of sushi. The black pepper crabs were peppery, I made sure to get the body parts for easy extraction of crab flesh.
As part of the buffet, they give you a little pot of stock for steamboat with some prawns, fish, scallops and mussels on ice. In the buffet section they had some veg, fish balls and sliced pork and beef. Too bad they didn't have more raw prawns and scallops cos I would have had plenty of those. I ended up using some sashimi in the stock, which was nice, but not prawns or scallops.
