10 July - Golden King BBQ Express, Morley
Not feeling like cooking tonight, I stopped by the local Cantonese BBQ house for some rice and roast meats. I went for char siu and roast pork with rice (and a piece of duck stolen from CB's duck rice). A blob of Mum's ground chilli was dabbed on the side.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, it always amazes me the knife skills these guys have. I stood there patiently, watching meat get chopped whilst others were in a hurry to get home. I think he even hammed it up a bit when he noticed me watching him.
