Here's my attempt at white carrot cake. Stir fried radish pieces with salt and pepper, chai poh, garlic, spring onions and eggs. More savoury than the black version but still slightly bland...
He-he! It looks delicious. You surely are a multi-talented person. You can always fix the blandness with salt or sauces. I also like cooking a lot and I would love to try this recipe for sure. Next month is my sister’s birthday and we are looking for rental spaces for parties. I can try this recipe that time.
