Before trekking down south for the weekend, dinner the night before was the good old Cantonese fast food. This picture is my meal served upside down. Forgot to take a pic beforehand in the container. Woops!
Whilst waiting, I was watching the guy cutting the meat (as usual). This younger guy was experiencing the same issues as me, that is, not cutting all the way through on some cuts and a little uneven cutting. Practice makes perfect I guess.
