7 Apr - The Brook, Ellenbook

Last Thursday was dinner at a newish pub in Ellenbrook, called The Brook for CB sister's birthday.

I went for the chicken caesar salad. It was filled with cos lettuce, croutons, bacon, chicken and a boiled egg. I quite enjoyed this, although my jaw was slightly saw from chewing the cold bacon.

CB and I shared a bowl of wedges. At $8, this was a huge bowl. It was served with sweet chilli and sour cream, but I didn't use much of it because the wedges had their own seasoning which was quite nice, with a little added pepper for good measure.

So these are the chips that have taken the place of Terrazza?

Serving size, it's way bigger than Terrazza. In terms of flavour, the seasoning is different, I'd say Terrazza was probably better.

But value for money, these are good.
