One of the guys at work was given a few habanero chillis. For shits and giggles, he brought one last Friday for us to try. I grabbed a knife, cut a few slices and offered it to the others. One of the others brought an "emergency cup of milk".Before chewing it, I gave it a lick. Immediately, the chilli started to tingle my tongue. Once I started chewing it, it had a nice sweet flavour and then bang, the heat started to come. This was one seriously hot chilli from a little slice. Mmmm..
