For dinner I had another serve of minestrone soup and thought I'd try their mushroom risotto.
The soup was good but I wasn't a fan of the risotto. The risotto had thyme in it which I didn't like and didn't finish it.

Yes I think it's supposed to be watered down but it was still good. More tasty!
