A selection of sushi plates put into a takeaway container. Fridge cold sushi turns out to be quite firm but it was still tasty.

You've not had sushi from the take-away cabinet before?
This place you just take from the train and assemble your own sushi tray.
As in takeaway sushi from the fridge cabinet is firm, so hadn't you experienced that with takeaway sushi before?
I put the sushi in the fridge so it wouldn't spoil so when i went it, the rice was firm as it was fridge cold.
