10 Apr - Sam & Colleen's Wedding, Matilda Bay Foreshore

Yesterday was Sam and Colleen's wedding, down near UWA. The ceremony was in the shady Sunken Gardens, whilst the reception was in a marquee down on the foreshore at Matilda Bay. The reception started off with canapes, which included various sushi rolls, breaded mushroom and pumpkin thingies, smoked duck soup spoons and satay chicken skewers. Dinner consisted of the following 3 courses, along with wedding cake:

Cajun chicken salad.

Sirloin with mashed potato, broccoli, carrot and sweet potato shavings.


Pear gelato, encased in white chocolate with a fudge sauce centre.
