CB and I shared the first two dishes, the fried asparagus and the signature wings. The wings were coated in their hottest jalapeño sauce which built up over time.
The full rack of ribs were served with fries and broccoli. They smelt really smokey but were subtle. They fell off the bone, no knives were used at all.
