The cheese steak sandwich is one that Philadelphia is known for, so it is on the must have list whilst here. I experienced my first at one of the vendors at the Reading Terminal Market.
This was the classic cheese steak which had cheese wiz (the stuff that comes from a can). Together with a little onion, chopped up steak and a soft roll, this was tasty and moist enough.
