McDonalds, United Square

The day started off with a McDonalds breakfast, as OCK and Starbucks was getting a little old. I had a Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal with a latte upgrade.

Afterwards, everyone and Mum headed back to HarbourFront to go over to Sentosa. We then proceeded to Fort Siloso and completed the three trails there. By this time, it was already past 1PM, so we then headed for lunch.

Subway, Sentosa (Imbiah Lookout)

Subway in Singapore is a fairly expensive exercise, but being fairly hungry, I went for the Subway Melt meal. It consisted of a Subway Melt footlong, with a medium drink (Sprite) and two cookies. It went down well, but I asked for all salads, but didn't get olives or jalapenos (which you get when you specify all salads in Australia).

Other things we did at Sentosa included Images of Singapore, Tiger Skytower, a return trip SkyLift and a Segway Fun Ride. CB and LWA then proceeded to go to do a Zip line, which took awhile.

After we met back up with them, we then left Sentosa.

Food Republic, VivoCity

I ordered roast duck, pork and char siu rice at the Cantonese Roast stall. Along with this, I also received a bowl of peppery msg laden soup. This wasn't bad, but nothing to rave about. The roast pork was also very thinly sliced but still intact... quite impressive.

At a dessert stall, CB got me a banana fritter (goreng pisang). It was OK, just like any other banana fritter. It actually needed some good vanilla icecream.

Dong Dae Mun, VivoCity

I went for the Korean fried chicken again tonight, although I didn't really need it.

Marks and Spencer Chips

These chips were not very nice at all. No great taste, ho hum texture and quite heavily salted. I would rather prefer Kettles...
